To quality for a refund or reshipment, you must contact us within 4 weeks after the product is received for any misprinted/damaged/defective items and no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date for packages lost in transit.

If a wrong address was entered or if you simply would like to have it shipped to a different address, please send us a message and we will update this for you. Please note that we will not be able to make any changes if the order has already been shipped.

For US orders, we ship from Charlotte, North Carolina. However, we have expanded our fulfillment centers worldwide and to fulfill more efficiently, orders may be routed to one of our international fulfillment centers.

In a case the tracking indicates that the package was marked as delivered but was never received, we first ask you to contact your local post office to see if it was left at a specific place or was brought back with them. If they're still unable to locate the package, you will need to file a claim with the post. After a written confirmation from the post that the item was marked as delivered by accident, we could proceed to create a reshipment or a refund for the order.

In some case we are able to make modifications on your order after purchase, such as changing the garment size, color, design, etc. However, once the fulfillment process has begun, unfortunately we will not be able to edit or cancel the order.

For our garments, we have the sizing chart available on each of our listing, which we recommend our customer use to compare the size before purchase. Also, as each of the garments are hand sewn, please note that the product measurements may vary up to 2".

We craft each product specially for you when you order, so we can't offer refunds or exchanges for size or color changes. But don't worry, if your item arrives damaged or isn't quite right, we've got your back and will happily replace it for you.
